Various tips Using environmental shadows, such as shades of trees, plants, etc. can add that certain something to a photo. Look at the below photo. Some tree shades add an interesting flair to the photo.
Adding items, fitting the environment. Below is a hospital pic, added this pipe thing on the right, to make it more interesting
Adding effects in the camera (in case u got a digi cam) such as sepia/black and white .... is not really advisable, as you loose color information. Leave it on color, you can do the effect later in PhotoShop. Always be ready for a snapshot, often you don't have a 2nd chance, so you need to know how to set the option, or leave it on automatic! If you got time for a second photo, take your time, check settings and shoot. Last but not least, as I already said. Experiment! Don't care if people look weird at you, coz ure lying on the floor trying to take a snapshot from a rose from beneath ;) If you think its gonna be a great photo do it! |
